Nagynyomású üzemagyag-szivattyú kezelése

   1. Fujja bele a XADO spray tartalmát az üzemanyag tartályba, amiben csak minimális üzemanyag legyen .
   2. Töltse fel az üzemanyagtartányt (40-60 liter).
   3. Használja a gépkocsit szokásosan.
   4. A revitalizálást 100 óra után tekinthetjük teljesen befejezettnek. .

Figyelem!

   1. Már az első néhány kilométer után is javulást kell tapasztalnia (csendesebb működés, kisebb vibráció, kevesebb füst).
   2. Nagyon elkopott szivattyú esetén dupla adag javasolt.
   3. ha 100-200 km után sem érzékelhető javulás, akkor valószínűleg nem az üzemanyag-szivattyú kopása okozta a hibát.

How the revitalizant works:
During revitalization of electric fuel pumps (roller and gear type) or injectors (plugs), a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on the friction pair surfaces. So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

Main characteristics of the cermet coating:

  • microhardness � 750 kg/mm2;
  • high corrosion resistance;
  • roughness Ra up to 0.06 mkm.


Results after treatment with the revitalizant
Restores geometry of parts and protects friction parts of fuel pumps, spray burners and pump-injector units from wear.
Reduces fuel consumption.
Improves engine power.
Reduces noise and vibration.
Decreases the level of toxic components in exhaust gases.
Protects fuel equipment from low-quality fuel.

General information about the revitalizant
XADO revitalizant is compatible with all types of fuel, does not have chemical reaction with them and does not change their physical-chemical characteristics. XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to the fuel, no matter in what sequence they are applied.
The protective cermet coating is formed on any working mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism is critical (100 % wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.

Treatment procedure for fuel equipment of gasoline engines with oil capacity up to 6 L
Step 1. Spray the contents of one can into the fuel tank with a minimal amount of fuel.
Step 2. Fill the tank with 30 � 40 L of fuel.
Step 3. Run the car as normal.
Revitalization is considered to be completed after 100 hours of mechanism operation (3.000 km/1.870 miles run).

Note
The sure sign of revitalizing beginning is improvement in mechanism operation (noise, vibration and smoke exhaust reduction) as early as the first kilometers of run.
If the improvement of mechanism operation stops at some moment, it testifies to extreme wear of the mechanism � the recommended dose should be doubled.
If after 100-200 km run mechanism operation improvement does not occur, the most probable cause is a mistaken diagnostics. Additional (non-regular) filtering devices may decrease revitalization efficiency.
It is recommended to flush the engine fuel system before treatment. Use complex formula Verylube BENZOBAK for cleaning fuel systems.

Wear resistance of the protective coating is guaranteed for 1 year.
